Any advantage of opening an account on USCIS website to receive automatic case status updates? or I don't need to do that if I keep checking the status online by myself?
They send you and email if something changes, nice if you have a Blackberry/pda
If you have multiple cases i-129, i-131, i-140, i-485 you can see them all on one page, I find that easier to see LUDs in particular the "soft" non-action ones, but it's nice to know the file was touched.

I have my MS (5 yrs back)
am currently enrolled in part time program..shoudl i give my current school info.
similarly in box 32 and 33..form 156
if i enter current employer is it ok to enter school name in 33...
> will it matter if my current enrollment is not in the same field as my previous???
anyone in the same boat???

Hi All,
I am sure this has been discussed in detail before but I couldn't find the related threads..So i am posting it again..Sorry for the spam..
My wife converted from H4 to H1 last year (H1 started Oct 2007). She has been working for the H1 sponsoring employer since 10/1/2007...She plans to take a break now and relax for a few months for personal reasons...Can we update the I-9 form with her EAD info and work for a few days and then take a break...I know by doing this she will lose her H1 status but we are fine with that as she will be using her EAD moving forward...I am a July 2nd filer with 140 approved, so I dont see any risk in my I-485 as it is a pretty straightforward case...Have been with only 1 employer since Jan 2001 with PD: Nov, 2003 EB-3 India.
I just wanted to check if this is ok...Any thing that we need to look into before changing the I-9 to EAD....

When you travel on AP carry both the copies. On the PoE the IO will keep one and give the second to you after it is stamped. You use the returned/stamped Copy for your future travel
When one applies for AP in Multiple entry category they will be given 2 AP dox. lets say if one has used both on travelling like both has stamp of POE can they reuse the same for future travel with in the one year period of validity ?

You can use a timer or storyboard to smoothly move the object when a key press is detected. This would be the smoothest approach I think :)

My currently salary is significantly higher than the salary specified in LCA. I am planning to go for stamping next month.

Hi,
Since iam nursing my son,mmr vaccination was not given to me.i saw my report and compared.In the contraindication colomn ,he checked for MMR vaccination.This means for some reasons(or if under medication) i was not given this vaccination?Did anyone experience this?will i b asked to take it ?
