Yes I got it for my daughter. The CGNY website lists all the documents required. I sent
only the photo-copies of all the documents they mentioned, each page notarized.

I got PIO card in exactly a week and I live in North west Ohio close to MI border.

A little too much desaturation, I think. Since you've kept as much red in her top as you did, you should keep a little bit of the color in her skin, otherwise it looks a little unbalanced. Her skin looks too cool in comparison.

Guys,

I have another dumb question.

If you apply for COS from US for conversion from H4 to F1 and if the course study falls under TAL then will the COS procedure will take more than normal time? Have anyone experienced this before?

I am initiating this poll to find out priority date segments, as I could not found a poll for priority dates tracking.

I have divided priority dates in eights segments. From the eight segments, I have created three specific segments from Jan 2004 to June 2004, June 2004 to Dec 2004 and Jan 2005 to March 2005. The people in these segments are most likely to get their GC (If USCIS process in FIFO manner) as soon as the backlog with priority dates before 2003 is cleared. The first three months of 2005, Jan to March, when lots of people applied, just before a new PERM labor certification process was introduce. This will help separate the three months from the rest of the year 2005.

Please join me to track priority dates which is the key date for GC approval.

Hi,

I finished my six years of H1B in August 2008. I filed my I140 with concurrent filing in July 2007. I also received my EAD card (pending I140) but I never used it. The time has come to renew my H1B for the upcoming year. My employer filed I129, which was approved by USCIS. Now my employer is asking me to renew the EAD but I don't want to spend the money. Do I have to have the EAD with my H1B? What do you guys think?

Can you use your spouse's cross-changeability after you have filed for your I-140 already ? How time consuming is this for the USCIS to acknowledge ?

i am quite sure you can...infact you can do this at any stage including after filing I-485.
please verify with an attorney...you will need one to do it correctly.

Guys..
I am taking up a new job... The pay is good (10% more) and position is also of a senior lead developer.. I am not even leaving the area.. The company is 5 times bigger than my current one... I have an EAD card valid till Sept end 2008....What is your opinion. Should I go for the new offer? I am worried if anything will happen to my GC processing. Please help me make a decision..
